Kids Fashion Blogger: Little Miss Zia

Dear KiddyTrend readers we are ready to introduce you a new column dedicated to kids fashion bloggers and their moms, for whom fashion and style come together with comfort. Why do we do this? The main reason is to show to parents all over the world the way you can make your kids love the way they look and enjoy themselves. Teaching your kid to have a presentable appearance is quite important since this helps them to reveal themselves and be one-of-a-kind. This article we would like to dedicate to Little Miss Zia (littlemisszia_), a four years old girl from Canada that became popular thanks to her Instagram blog, who loves headbands, playing guitar and singing.

This stunning little girl immediately hits the eye when viewing her Instagram posts. Being just four years old, this little star knows the special modeling tips on how to pose in front of the camera from the best angle and that makes her stand out among other little fashionistas.

Another fascinating thing about this little cutie is her outstanding style. Our editorial group has decided that this spiffy lady got strong personality; her looks are quite distinctive from what we used to see. Of course this credit is largely due to her mom – Charlene. As a marketing coordinator for a women’s store, she surely knows what fashion and style are about.

Charlene says about her daughter’s style:

…when I was pregnant I was already making up little outfits in my head to be all set when Zia arrives. However, I learned that baby pretty much lives in onesies (but when we go out, she would still be dressed fashionably). I had a great deal of fun dressing her up once she hit 6 months old up to now.

Some people would think Charlene is one of those moms who get crazy with fashion. Not in this case. Zia grows up as most of the kids, the only difference is that she learns how to enjoy herself through trendy outfits. As psychologists say “The clothes we wear is our second skin”, and Zia knows how to fix this “skin” look perfect.

When you look good, then your confidence shines (don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying you need to just look good to be confident!) it is really how you mold your child (teaching them the right values such as compassion, sharing, etc.). I naturally have a sense for fashion… so for me it’s like a lifestyle, a habit – it just comes naturally,

says Zia’s mom.

Zia’s casual looks are quite simple, but yet smart. Seems like this family loves experimenting with various looks, mixing up things and colors and eventually coming up with something really unique and original.

As Zia’s mom explains, her everyday looks are the result of mom and daughter friendly collaboration. Zia picks the main element, for instance shorts, and then they both, mom and Zia, start making up various combinations with this garment. In most cases looks depend on two conditions – the weather and the place they’re going to visit. The first condition dictates the comfort, the second defines the image.

In wardrobe of this little fashionista mostly prevail such fashion brands as Joe Fresh, Old Navy, Zara and H&M. But as Charlene says “I am not obsessed with dressing my child in luxury brands… But hey, if you can afford it – go for it!” and we completely agree with that.

This girl is really worth a status of a trendsetter, which I figured looking at her everyday outfits that all the latest trends of this season like plaid, biker boots, denim shirts, etc. She has got a perfect sense of style. Also I like the fact that her looks are not overloaded with bunch of accessories.

Yeah, I absolutely agree with you. This little cutie does know how to dress with style. I wish I could dress my girl like that, however I don’t have that inborn sense of style.

I believed in this article as I am a parent with 3 lovely daughters. Tablet games are not bad they can learn from it and since you can sometimes install an app to limit and control their playing time such as Screen-time Ninja. In this app you can limit what time they can start playing if their time credit expires and they still want to earn more playing time they have to solve a math problem to gain extra playing time. Its great huh? Yeah I am using this app and I find it useful and helpful for me as I am a busy mom who has a day job and I can’t monitor them every hour. :)
